As Chief Happiness Officer, Birdie will be responsible for maintaining team morale, encouraging work-life balance, and ensuring that joy, loyalty, and happiness remain core components of Grey Ghost Fund’s operating philosophy. Her duties include daily wellness check-ins, strategic walk breaks, and serving as an ever-present reminder that long-term success is built by people who enjoy the journey.
Birdie will oversee two direct reports:
- Rosie, Director of Happiness
- Lucky, Director of Culture
